HOW TO USE:
Sear Chicken, Seafood, Vegetables in 3 tbsps ghee until cooked. Simply add the sauce, *stir well, simmer on low for 10 minutes, add salt to taste.*This sauce is extra thick and packed with flavor. If you would like to thin it out, use either 1 cup of lite coconut milk or try chicken, seafood or vegetable stock. Serve hot with Basmati rice and buttered naan.

Makhani is the Indian word for ‘with Butter’. This small-batch, handcrafted, luscious, buttery-tomato cream sauce is infused with an aromatic and authentic North Indian Mughlai spice blend. Toasted and freshly ground cardamom, cumin, coriander, peppercorns and a touch of heavy cream add just the right touch of added richness.

Makhani pairs perfectly with chicken but it also makes for a slam-dunk spicy Chickpea Masala, Paneer Masala, or my husband’s favorite, melt-in-your-mouth boneless lamb over steaming hot Basmati Rice and ghee-slathered garlic naans.
